Coaching for Divorce

coaching for divorceIf you are a person who is separating from your partner/spouse, or going through a divorce, you will be aware of how stressed, confused and lonely the process can feel. Family and friends are often very supportive and in some cases give excellent advice, but sadly they can also be a negative influence and may add to your already confused state of mind. They may wind you up, just when you need a cool head and almost take you over, which even with your best interests at heart is wrong.

A divorce coachYou are the one who will need to review the current situation, need to think of options and ideas for the way forward and put those into actions; however sometimes a little help is handy.

A divorce coach
A person outside the family who is well informed, empathetic, objective and supportive can be really helpful to see you through the separation and divorce process; increasing your confidence and assisting you to gain clarity about all the issues involved. This may be particularly useful if mediation is not an option you can consider. Coaching can also be used alongside the mediation process to give an individual extra support without negatively affecting the mediation process.
Mckenzie Friend
You can continue to use Jane Shire's support as your divorce coach and discuss options and consider possible actions throughout the process of your separation and divorce. She can even be your McKenzie friend if you will be attending court unrepresented. www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/cms/files/mckenzie_friends_note.pdf.
