Bob of Maidenhead, Berkshire has a commercial background with a 35 year career in a wide variety of companies ranging from small start-ups to major international enterprises (including Glaxo, Johnson & Johnson and London International Group) leading management teams within companies, subsidiaries and divisions. In addition to his commercial mediation work, Bob continues to be actively engaged in commercial activities as a director of Shire Partners International Ltd, his international management consulting firm, and as a director and major shareholder of Joulesave Ltd a private venture operating in the field of energy-saving products. Bob has undertaken Law & Practice for Non-lawyer Mediators training (CEDR 2004). His blend of commercial experience and mediation skills makes Bob an exceptional mediator in a wide range of business and personal disputes.

Bob trained with Europe’s leading supplier of mediation services, the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).

He maintains his Accredited Mediator status by fulfilling the following requirements:

  • Meeting an ongoing standard of additional training and professional development.
  • Sustaining a record of current mediation experience.

Mediation experience

Bob is a mediator panel member of Middlesex & Thames Valley Mediators (MTVM) and the Oxford Mediation Group (OMG). He was also Her Majesty’s Court Service Representative Mediator for Reading County Court in 2006.
